Shipping policy

At Raphael’s Picante Chombo, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within one business day after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times generally range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume periods. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Raphael’s Picante Chombo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
